How do I use the included wallet file?
To conveniently display and use your booking with a QR code in your wallet, you may need a separate app on your smartphone that can open the file (PKPASS format).
For the common smartphone manufacturers, we would like to make the following recommendations:
Apple smartphone (from iOS 6):
Your smartphone automatically has the Wallet app. As soon as you download the PKPASS file from the confirmation email, the app will open automatically. You can use the "Add" function to store the file in the app.
Android Smartphone:
Your smartphone does not have a pre-installed app to open such files. Please download a suitable app from the Play Store. Possible search terms include "PassWallet", "Wallet", or "Passbook".
We also recommend having the latest operating system and the newest version of the wallet app installed on your smartphone. Otherwise, the wallet file may not display correctly.
Opening the wallet file on your computer or tablet is not possible!
