I haven't received an email from you. What could be the reason?

The delivery time may vary slightly depending on your email provider. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. We recommend that you first check your inbox and spam folder again at a later time.

If you do not receive the delivery after a short while, we recommend the following:

1. Did you make the online parking reservation through your user account?

• Log in, click on "My Account," and then on "Reservations."

• Is your new booking not displayed? If no booking is listed, the reservation was not completed successfully. It is possible that the "Book Now" button was not pressed, or there was a connection interruption. In this case, we recommend that you repeat the booking.

 

2. Did you make the online parking reservation using a guest access?

Please contact us by email at: parken@flughafen-luebeck.de

In your email, please provide the booking period, the email address you used for the reservation, and the name you used.  
If a booking exists, we will resend the booking confirmation to that email address.  
If there is no booking, we will let you know that you should repeat the booking process.
