FAQ

You received the QR code by email after your online booking (PDF file and PKPASS file).  
You should hold this code either in printed form or on your smartphone directly in front of the reader at the entrance barrier.  
After a few seconds, you will receive a parking ticket and the barrier will open automatically.  

If you use the QR code on your smartphone, please make sure to increase the brightness of your display.  

In case of problems at the entrance or exit, please press the information button. Airport Service is available during the airport's opening hours and will be happy to assist you.
